• Can offer policy terms of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months
• Up to 1,000 acres per location
• Lakes and ponds up to 25 acres in size
• Vacant land that:
  -   Does not have structures on the premises except for a shed or garage which is 500 square feet or less used for maintenance of the land and is locked and secured from unauthorized entry
  -   Does not have business or recreational activities
  -   Does not have plans for development or construction during our policy term

• Vacant land with or without structures
• Increased limits and excess options
• Cell Phone Towers on vacant lot (if landowner named AI on phone company’s policy)
• Property with fenced swimming pool
• Land leased to others for uses such as:
  -   Hunting/Fishing
  -   Farming/Grazing

  -   Recreation (hiking, camping, dirt biking, snowmobiling)
  -   Logging
  -   Parking
  -   Landfill

Why purchase a vacant land policy?

• A child rides a bike onto the property, crashing over a cement parking stop and injuring his wrist
• A tree located within your premises falls after severe windstorm, and damages a car parked alongside your lot
• The sidewalk surrounding your property cracks and a passerby stumbles on the crack, injuring herself
